Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using TeammateTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Upon purchase, TeammateTime grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the application on any Mac computers that you own or control. This is a one-time purchase of $5.99 that includes all future updates to the current major version.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the application to third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services or systems connected to the application

TeammateTime offers integrations with Slack and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those services. TeammateTime is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

Slack Integration: Allows importing teammates and their timezone data from your Slack workspace. You must have proper authorization within your Slack workspace to use this feature.

Google Calendar Integration: Allows syncing timezone information for teammates whose email addresses you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access this information.

TeammateTime and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by TeammateTime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The purchase of a license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

TeammateTime is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Timezone data accuracy depends on the information provided by connected third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeammateTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with TeammateTime, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We may release updates to TeammateTime from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies in your possession.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeammateTime operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
